- Take HY-27 North towards Dayton, TN.
- In Dayton, either follow the signs to HY-30 West, or...count five traffic lights in, take a left at the fifth, take a right at the first traffic light, and then a left at the next traffic light.
- Follow HY-30 West for around 9 miles. About 8 miles up watch for the Bledsoe County line. You'll take the next road to your right (several hundred yards later)--There's a huge road sign saying "Summer City Road."
- Follow Summer City RD 7.9 miles. About 7.5 miles out there are a few houses on your right, the last one will be a white house about 30 yards off of the road. After the houses there'll be a gravel road on your right--Don't take it! We've still not heard from some would be visitors who've taken that road (yes that is a joke), but no joke don't take that right.
- Right after that road to your right you'll follow a curve left (if you don't make the curve, call us, and we'll come pull you out with the tractor), woods will start on both sides of the road, and there'll be a little dip down, than back up. Right after the little dip, there'll be a road to the right (take this one).
- About 50 yards in you'll have a fenced in field on your left and woods on your right. Follow this road to the end--if you don't go through any gates, you'll end up in our front yard!

Aprox. 2 hours/Aprox. 80 miles
-Head West on I-40 (towards Nashville)
- Take exit 347 towards Harriman/Rockwood and HY-27
-At the end of the exit ramp take a left onto HY-27 towards Rockwood
-You are going to follow this highway for a little over 20 miles, you'll need to take a right at the second red light (or green depending on circumstances [generally red though don't worry]) in Spring City. The street name is "Picadilly Ave."
- Follow Picadilly Ave. all the way through the suburbs of Spring City (several blocks!!!!)--it will dead end onto HY-68
- Take a right onto HY-68, and continue a couple hundred yards--take a left onto Shut-In-Gap RD, it's easy to find because the pavement changes colors right where you want to turn (left).
- Continue approx. 15 miles (depends on if you use your trip meter ,GPS or MapQuest) up Shut In Gap RD/Summer City RD (just follow straight), you will have passed a volunteer fire hall on your left (left is right [right--meaning "correct"--you should be in the vehicle when we are driving to Farragut, TN! We take the "Watt RD" exit [what road? Watt RD!]) anyhow it is about 10 miles up
- Around 14 1/2 miles out start looking for large power lines--right after they cross the road, you will see JB Swafford RD on your left (last time I checked we even had a road sign out there--but no guarantees) it is a double entrance road--and starts out through some woods, and when you get a hundred yards or so on it you will have a fenced field on your left and woods on your right.
- Follow this road out to the end--if you don't go though any gates, you'll end up in our front yard!

- Head East on I-40 (towards Knoxville)
- Take exit 317 for Crossville/127 South
- Turn right onto HY-127 South, you'll need to keep straight on this through Crossville
- After about 7.5 miles (watch for signs) take a right to continue on 127 (it's right after you head up a hill with a passing lane, the passing lane ends, and you take the next right).
-Continue on 127 clear through till Pikeville (watch signs).
-After you've driven past Pikeville (we're hoping this new by-pass will put our county seat on the map!) turn left onto HY-30 East.
- Follow HY-30 East up the mountain (enjoy the view!).
- After you "level off" at the top of the mountain, watch for a white church on your left (Summer City Baptist Church), be ready to turn left. Right after the church you'll see a carwash (no joke a carwash out here!), take an immediate left onto "Summer City RD."
- Follow Summer City RD 7.9 miles. About 7.5 miles out there are a few houses on your right, the last one will be a white house about 30 yards off of the road.
